Hey Fellas, dope reaction and analysis as usual (Plus I hope yall are enjoying the vacation) FYI Julius never fought the devil, he fought Gadja in the past and commended his abilities Gadja (the spirit guardian guy with lightning magic) is the one that fought the devil and lost (when the heart queen was cursed) Regarding the magic stages, you guys are close, but I’ll clarify some things. Stage 0-9 measures not just a singular spell, but overall magic power/overall spells. Arcane stage mage is more haxxy type/quality that defies conventional standards of magic You can be an arcane stage mage and have a low magic stage, but for it to be more effective against devils, you need to train it to be of the higher stage (but it is still also able to affect devils at a lower stage, just not as well as it could though if it were a higher stage) To obtain arcane stage, you’re either born with it, or acquire it through risky means (like messing with magic from the other world since it either changes the overall quality of the attribute, like Nero) or, you just obtain an arcane attribute, which is super rare (like Asta) Theoretically anyone reach state 0, but not anyone can just become arcane (unless you start being risky/dealing with some other worldly stuff) Hope this clears some things up.

you guys obviously forgot but the curse will fall on you only if you talk about Noelle's mothers curse, thats why Noelle hasn't talked about it yet and thats why she wants to talk to Nozel after defeating Megicula

They said that if they talk about the specific curse that killed Noelle's mom, then they will get cursed by that curse as well, if you have no knowledge of the curse, then you can say the name Megicula all you want

About the curse plot hole thing, I believe that the condition for it is if you talk about the curse itself and not if you say the devils name. At least thats how I remember it

One thing I’d like to point out is from my experience following black clover since i honestly released it wasn’t really a sizable group of people complaining about the lack of visual training. In the show and manga it’s consistently implied that a lot of training has been going on such as small time skips between missions and characters often pointing out a character has been training to obtain (inert form or move here) but i won’t say nobody complained but a lot of people enjoyed not having to be dragged through like a kakashi training arc or a deku learning his New quirk training arcs as people in BlackClover are locked into usually one magic type so to them it’s explained it should come natural for most unless you’re like magna or zora (peasants) where you’d need to train. We only really see nobles and up in the show. Also the curse of Megicula isn’t if you just talk about them it’s if you speak specifically on how Noelles mom died. Every curse they dish out has different rules and regulations to them.

I'm finally joining yall on this journey with black clover. lol I know y'all done with the series already but yeah. Great reaction, I just would say that I felt like the show has had plenty of training though so that confused me. Lol They literally trained with the fuegoleon woman, noelle is always seen training during the earlier half, asta training with the sword, yuno training, luck and magna have all had mini training arcs throughout the entire series so I think that was just something y'all forget being so far along with this episode.
