Lmaoooo that race car comment was me 😂. I was more so going against your statement saying “bigger is always faster” cuz that isn’t true...I was being more general. To go into detail small dynamic movements are faster on a small person because there’s less weight and stuff to move. Which is why gymnasts are tiny cuz they need to move their bodies quickly to perform their stunts. Same applies to volleyball...a larger person can make up for it by naturally having a farther reach though. But in terms of why Liberos are small is bcuz it takes time for a big person to get low but a small person is already down there...so in that circumstance smaller is faster
