Two Grandmasters(Dreyfus and Hendrickson) basically two generals of the army of the kingdom of Leonis. Apparently one of them is taking the soldiers who weren't good enough to become Holy knights or were still apprentices and in exchange for power, they serve him directly (btw new generation sounds cool). The demons are not from the Fairy King's forest, that one was just attacking it( unclear at this point if that was the demon Ban fought against). Note: We learned of several races so far; Humans, Giants, Fairies, Demons, and the Goddess race.
