Up-coming changes for 2022 (Patreon)

Hi everyone.

I have a little (overdue) announcement about some upcoming Patreon changes for 2022.  But first, I really want to share my appreciation for you all. You may have noticed my posting schedule has been very unpredictable since covid. The past years have been quite chaotic. All of the warm messages and support I’ve received… Everyone’s support through these recent times...  It’s difficult to clearly express my gratitude. Thank you ( <3 )

First, I really like putting out 4 pieces a month. However, I’ve had some difficulty balancing the quality and quantity of work - as well as some difficulty meeting deadlines. Instead I’m considering focusing on at least 1-2 higher quality piece each month (which of course you would be able to vote on through the polls) - afterwards I would work on additional pieces if I have the time. This would allow me to keep the pieces higher quality - as well as increase the complexity of the pieces ( more narrative elements... multi-character yuri scenes.. et cetera). This would also free me up to work on my own comics, visual novels, and other ideas I've been wanting to bring to you for a long while. I’ll be chatting about this more with you all in discord~

Secondly, I’ve been on gumroad for a while now, but I want to formally announce it here in case it went unnoticed. (Check it out here: https://gumroad.com/ahnei/

It’s where my past sets are available in case you miss any. And based on the new content I have in the works for gumroad, I’m going to be reworking my Patreon tiers to make things clearer and fairer, and hopefully a bit more attractive too:  Tier 1 ($3) - This one will remain unchanged. You’ll be getting NSFW and all different versions in 2500 resolution, and will be keeping your ability to vote on polls, make suggestions over Discord and such.

Tier 2 ($6) - This one used to be priced at $7 but I thought $6 was a bit more fair. I’ll continue to be offering 4000 resolution from this tier up too, and your usual 5% off on commissions plus 50% off on any gumroad purchases (and everything else from the above tier too, of course). However, I won’t be offering a free past set with this tier anymore because I have a gumroad now, so this makes a bit more sense and is easier for me to manage.

Please, if you’re a $7 patron right now, edit your pledge on Patreon! I’m pretty sure it doesn’t adjust automatically, you have to manually change it to $6 instead (or whatever other tier you might be interested in).

Tier 3 ($10) - This tier will remain unaffected. But January on-wards I’ll slowly begin to offer .psds, brushes, and occasional time-lapses for those interested in my process etc. I’ll also slowly expand this tier to include more discounts on physical products I’m planning to publish through gumroad - but those may take a while.

Tier 4 ($30) - This one was priced at $15. The sketch tier is more expensive now but don’t fret! If you’re a sketch patron (or was planning on getting it next month), your pledge will remain the same, I won’t be charging any of you already here extra, OK? This is just for *new* patrons, from January on-wards. The reason for this is that A.) I just have a bit too much on my plate now and the sketch tier is surprisingly popular and B.) I really want to give more attention to the quality of each sketch.

That’s pretty much it. I’m trying my best to come up with rewards and pieces to make it worth your support. I have so many plans for 2022, can’t wait for you to see it. :D If you have any feedback, I’m all ears. I’m trying to be as transparent and fair as possible, but I’m also a dummy so it’s possible that I’m missing something obvious. :D I’ll be posting some WIPs of upcoming projects on Discord - so check that out if you’re curious.  Happy holidays, happy New Year!
