Howdy!

November has always been my favorite month of the year. From its gorgeous late autumn scenery to the wonderful aroma of roasted turkey, cinnamon rolls and pumpkin pie, it's a magical time for both meaningful transitions and important celebrations. 

November's birth flower is chrysanthemum and its birthstone is topaz. They symbolize cheerfulness, joy, strength and honor, which all seem perfect for our new guest. So with that in mind, it's time for me to introduce you to our Theme Girl, a beautiful personal trainer who will keep you in top shape for the holiday season!
