331 - EXTRA!! (Patreon)

HELLO THERE, my dear bros. Welcome to this week's EXTRA!! post.

THE WORK. I think I have already covered this pretty extensively in the public post, but in short: last week I did some writing, some drawing, some coding and some testing. ^_^

NIGHT PATROLS. Finally replaced the placeholder captain of the city militia with a proper portrait. Had to draw a few different ones to get his personality right. I forgot to take a picture but it's finished, colored and in the game already. Moving on.

BALSAM. While testing the game I have pretty quickly discovered that Balsam's chibi was still missing. You meet him early on and he always hangs out at the market and serves as the main shop in the game. Pretty important chibi that never was a priority I guess. Anyway, I have finally replaced the placeholder graphic with the proper sprite. Looks good :)

PALM TREE. Also Happy New Year palm was still in a placeholder phase. This thing was like the last thing on my list of priorities, but since I am pretty much done with everything else I decide to spend some time to draw it as well, and finally be done with all this.

TESTING TIME. This week will be spent on testing, doing some light rewrites and fixing bugs. On one hand this is a pretty dull task, on the other I will finally see how everything works together so I am actually looking forward to doing all that.
