It’s awesome and loved the story but I saw that coming as soon as I saw the katana You should probably avoid watching this show tho just saying it’s not to big of a spoiler but it will be a little less impactful now

Too late now Roger haha, I assume that is it, just a one episode show. But with my gold fish memory, let's hope I forget about the sword stuff, wait, what sword stuff, wait, what were we talking about....anyways...lol

I loved it! Would love to see more stuff like this for onepiece. It caught me off guard that Ryuma was ”the king”, didn’t see that coming for some reason...eventhough i know who he is from the main series hahaha

Right hahaha, I'm interested in learning more about it in the story once I get there. I think they will expand on the world of one piece in terms of more spin-offs like this, this one was fantastic.

This one shot was originally made back when Oda was 19 and just figuring out his own style. You can tell that Ryuma has certain traits that Oda would use in both Zoro and Luffy. This was retroactively made canon to One Piece way later in the series during a certain arc
