Fearing that the Ōtsutsuki’s may be too much for Naruto and Sasuke. Hinata summons Sakura to one of Minato safe houses that Naruto managed to rebuilt for his family at some point after becoming Hokage. After discussing the recent events involving the Ōtsutsuki’s Hinata convinces Sakura that they need to get back in the game in case the celestial beings prove to be too much for their husbands and eventually their children. Sakura agrees with Hinata’s mindset but also points out that even at the top of their power they will not be on the same level as Naruto and Sasuke and more than an asset they may be a liability against the Ōtsutsuki’s. Having anticipated this, Hinata reveals her plan to Sakura. To the pink haired surprise the Hyuga girl shows she managed to steal the “Scroll of Seals” from the Hokage residence, pointing out that being the wife of the Hokage granted her certain privileges, so sneaking on that place was quite easy, she suggest looking for a jutsu inside the scroll that they can use to increase their power levels.

After spending some time looking deeply into the scroll they eventually stumble with the “Ryūjin no Jutsu” (Dragon God Jutsu.) The scroll mentions that the jutsu was created and used by a very powerful shinobi that fought against Hashirama and Madara in their prime years before the founding of Konoha. Pointing out his powerful presence was one of the motives that the two powerful shinobi used for the creation of the village. Since the jutsu was by far too powerful even for shinobi of Hashirama and Madara level it was concealed along with many others in the scroll of seals. Realizing this may be what they were looking for Hinata and Sakura decide to test it on themselves.
