Either due to not being fast enough or perhaps unmotivated to move Deku found himself under Ochaco's colossal foot. Her sole became all encompassing to him as her warm foot completely enveloped him. He enjoyed every moment of her using him as her floor and all he could think about was how he never wanted it to end. However for Ochaco Deku's tiny form was so insignificant that she didn't even notice him. Going unnoticed is probably better for Deku than explaining why he is naked, tiny, and under foot.
