Full Length Reaction Guide

We take copyright law very seriously, so you will have to sync up our reaction to your own version of the show/movie. To help, we have a range of guiding tools throughout the reaction to help you sync up with us, including a small snippet of the scene to ensure you are in sync.  Any instances in which you see the screen cut, this means we’ve had technical difficulties or have skipped a potential disruptions/bloopers. This means you will need to sync up your copy of the show again, if we are unable to edit these cuts seamlessly into the next scene. An updated timecode will be provided on the screen.  Anytime we pause, there will be timer/countdown on screen to prompt you. So if we’re about to pause, there’ll be a countdown, and you are expected to pause as the number reaches 0. The same will happen when we press play after pausing. You will press play as the number reaches 0.  Here are some popular ways people sync up the reaction with their own copy of the show:

  • Use a dual monitor PC setup to watch both screens simultaneously
  • Use the split screen functions on your computer/phone to watch them side by side
  • Chromecast / Screenshare one screen to your TV while watching the other screen on a phone or laptop
  • HDMI your laptop / tablet to the TV and use the TV as a 2nd monitor (not mirror display)
  • Use your Smart TV or Gaming console to play the YouTube reaction and your Phone/Laptop to play the show (or other way around)
  • Use Google chromes picture in picture mode to overlay your own copy of the show over our reaction in a smaller window size (Link to the extension here: ( https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/picture-in-picture-extens/hkgfoiooedgoejojocmhlaklaeopbecg?hl=en )

We hope you enjoy the video!

FullMetal B

This episode was killer! I am worried about them doing the thing they did with the walking dead by splitting seasons up. The walking dead was already horrible when they started doing that but the pacing became even worse when they started cutting seasons in half.

SuddenImpulse

I think this is a relevant concern to have, and I had it too, but I decided to look into this more awhile back after the Atom Eve Special and found an interview with the showrunners. They said that between covid and some other issues (I think one was the heavy demand on CGI/VFX people in general in the industry right now to the point they are being overwhelmed by so many projects) that caused the long wait for season 2, that they were taking a number of steps to streamline things so that there is a lot less breaks between seasons and the content in general than was the case with Season 1 to 2. They said they went to full illustration and took out the CGI additions that season 1 had because it was GREATLY lengthening the development time of each season, so that has helped them make the content at a better pace. They also said that they were working on Season 3 at the same time they are working on the last half of season 2, and they plan to try and work on more than one season at a time (to some extent at least) going forward. So they are really focused on streamlining the production of this show so that there is not a long wait between seasons and so there won't be any of these half season breaks like is the case with season 2 in the future.

Opening sequence to this ep is amazing! Great song as well.

I always liked omni man bc of how great a character he is and now I love him as character for him trying to change.

@SuddenImpulse, that's all fair and well but I rather they don't take too many shortcuts just to speed up production if it means reducing the quality of the product. Season 2 already looks worse from an animation standpoint. Audiences shouldn't be in any hurry when we are spoilt for choice when it comes to what to watch next.

Omni Man having a soft/good side was foreshadowed pretty strongly in season 1. The baseball flashback followed by virtually breaking down into tears before flying off demonstrated that he was already feeling guilt and was torn about his actions.
