I don't blame Cersei for believing it was Tyrion who killed Joffrey. I mean, Tyrion looks suspicious if you don't know anyone else who would or could do it.

honestly cant wait for the next episode as soon as each one finishes.

Munir

Honestly if Cersei was not so blinded by her feelings towards Tyrion, it would be really obvious to her. She already hates the Tyrells and are suspicious of them, but I guess she just hates Tyrion that much more.

All hail Petyr Baelish! Man, he is so good at this game. I still, from time to time, think back to everything he did, what caused what, which things Petyr caused himself and which he had to improvise on, and I'm at awe at this storytelling. Such a great reveal, goosebumps and mind blown every time I see that scene - this story makes me love storytelling in general. Now you can understand properly why people watch this series multiple times - I started a re-watch round once just purely to enjoy Littlefinger's game from that first episode onwards to see how we got to this reveal (and this is only one of the dozens of story-threads, so as a whole this story can be enjoyed many, many times).

Since you seemed to be confused about Lysa/Littlefinger: it was explained in a Lores episode I think, how Lysa was infatuated with Petyr, and when Petyr couldn't get Cat, he slept with Lysa back when they were younger (I think Petyr was wounded in the duel and Lysa tended to him or something and that got Petyr hook up with Lysa?).

SHE TOLD YOU SPARTAN

I don't understand why Spartan would think that Locke could be a decent character after what he did to Brienne.

Stannis loves grammar.

locke had a few scenes, but very important to the story. he changes Jamie by removing his hand. Jamie has to re think his whole purpose. Bran warging into hodor. making hodor a killer. the stark mechanics of warging.. Also the actor was very good making locke almost seem like a good guy in one episode.

Stannis loves grammar.

so i think spartan does well following and predicting. I think pudgey is on a roll at the mommnet, can you guys explain your nicknames in an episode? I'll say it again . i love that you guys started with HOTD and then GOT.

Stannis loves grammar.

How about an episode were you comapare season one of both show'ss? which season hit best and why?

Matteo

At least Karl was right, he was a strong fighter, he defeated Jon and would have killed him too. Luckily for Jon the girl saved him. However the reason the Hound was worried about not seeing Arya in the morning was because he's taking her to the Vale to get paid because she's worth a lot of money. He wasn't "afraid" of Arya and her list. The brotherhood without banners had stolen all his money after setting him free thanks to his victory in the trial by combat. Arya is a living treasure to him right now.

I think a scene you guys may be forgetting with locke is when ramsay and lord bolton were talking about what ramsay did to theon, theon revealed to them that he didn't kill bran and rickon, he killed the farmers boys and burned the corpses so nobody could tell the difference. Locke was in the room with them when theon said this, then ramsay and lord bolton sent locke to the wall since jon snow was there and they thought he could he hiding bran and rickon. They did this because lord bolton knows the only way the boltons can hold the north is if there are no starks left to challenge their claim.

SuddenImpulse

I unfortunately can't remember where they did this, but they did compare season 1 of both shows in a video awhile back. It was a video where during a discussion segment they took some questions from Patreons and answered them.

@George in the tags (playlists) on the top of the page here, click the "8 more tags" icon and you'll see one that says "reviews & discussions". That's the one.

The reason you guys forgetting about Locke kinda sucks is that it drains all his scenes of tension and meaning. For example when he volunteered to go with Jon, it was supposed to feel ominous (which btw, the music of the scene indicates by turning dark). He’s been a menace to Jon Snow now for two episodes and the audience was supposed to know that. When he approaches Bran etc alone in that tent, you’re supposed to be terrified for them. Etc. So forgetting about him essentially means that a whole subplot was missed. It’s a shame but you seem to have really enjoyed the episodes anyway and ultimately he is not an important character, so it’s all good.

The hound has taught Ary more than Ned ever did. He loved them more but did a shit job of protecting them.
