I need your help (Patreon)

My Instagram account got banned because I used (without knowing it was against the rules) an external app to upload photos to Instagram from the PC.

I tried contacting Instagram, but I fear I won't recover my account.

If you could help me sending a message to Instagram support (you must have an Instagram account for that), I would be really thankful for that.

These are the steps:

1. Press in the three horizontal lines in the top right of the screen.
2. Press in Settings
3. Press in Help
4. Press in Report a Problem
5. Press in Report a Problem (again)
6. Copy the next and press send:
