If you forgot, this show takes a Futurama episode and thematically pairs it with an episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation, which works surprisingly well.

This episode Michael and David discuss death, licking thumbs, and the classic Futurama episode “Roswell That Ends Well.”

This show exclusively releases every other episode here on the Small Beans patreon. Wimmy Wam Wam Wozzle!

....On the other hand, one of the best parts of "Picard" is Jeri Ryan's performance as Seven of Nine. If you always loved 7/9 but felt that the character could be written better and more interesting, than this is the 7/9 you have always wanted. If you always loved the character, I think you still will, or perhaps love her more than ever. She definitely steals the show, and if I recal correctly, she's in the second half only (not the first half) of Season One, so maybe you are just about to get to the good bit. But you don't need to watch the whole thing. That's the great thing about "Picard." Go ahead and skip ahead and jump around. Trust me. This is what I am trying to say: the thing that is great about Star Trek: Piccccard is the individual performances and stuff, you know? The series story arks are poorly written. It's even better if you don't watch the whole thing, but treat it as independent episodes. Because the overall story is the part that is poorly written.

So I had my partner who has Never watched star trek until recently finally watch this episode and she is Absolutely certain. That Picard and Guinan fucked , and thats as someone with no prior attachment to the show or preconceptions about the characters. She decided it before I even brought up this episode of the pod in fact lol
