Abe is out of control. He must be stopped. He just talked for an hour about how The Mask utilizes a very specific color strategy in its set decoration, props, costumes, and make-up. Who is this podcast for? Why would you listen to this podcast? Because you gotta.

This was fascinating and thoroughly enjoyable. I just listened wandering through the woods and you could’ve honestly gone on for another hour... I’m gushing, somebody stop me 😉

I was 14 and, of course, a huge Jim Carrey fan when THE MASK came out, and I hated it. I agree, it's not even a top five Jim Carrey comedy, but, as usual, you guys have once again made me appreciate the incredibly hard work that often goes into particular aspects of even "bad" movies. Side note that is very relevant and important, and not at all pedantic "um, actually" nonsense: "that's a spicy meatball" did not originate with THE MASK, it was a reference the movie was making to a famous Alka Seltzer commercial from 50 years ago. I know. I'm sorry. I hate myself too. You guys rule, keep on rocking.
