Hi all! Swaim here. We've decided to occasionally post old videos we love that maybe you missed, haven't seen in years, or are insane enough to want to watch again even though you literally just finished watching them, if indeed that's the case, weirdo.

"The Coat" (2007) features some of my favorite actors ever--Brian Kelly, Sam Hunter, and Nate Turner--all getting mad at me for no reason. That's the joke; how unjustified their anger is and how sweet and innocent my guy is. It was filmed on a camera that was just a rock with a hole in it and edited by praying to Baal.

Abe Epperson shot and directed, of course, and we made the thing in one of the downstairs study rooms in Galbraith Hall at UCSD on a Saturday. We all had to buy suit-coats for this shoot, because we were college students. I bedazzled my jacked myself, and yes, that's a Settlers of Catan reference on the board.

Last but not least, I was fucking around with a friend's mace in the room and sprayed it away from myself, but even that was enough to taint the whole room's airspace and leave everyone teary-eyed for hours, a shenanigan I have never apologized for...including now.

I can't believe I actually saw this back in the day... Don't know how. I stumbled upon it randomly at 14, then went on my merry way of trying and failing to have sex with girls to cure my depression.

Thanks for sharing! I don't know anything about Those Aren't Muskets, so I'm grateful you shared the link. I am voting YES if your question is "Should we share more stuff from the past?"
