Commission/DnD: The Spirit of the Nilbog! (Patreon)

Here's one of the commissions from this month. 

For those who don't know, Nilbogs are spirits that possess goblins who suffer greatly from the abuse of others. (Particularly by hobgoblins) 

These little fuckers are impossible to deal with due to a few facts.

1: Hurting them is almost impossible in a 1v1 due to them HEALING from being damaged.

2: They charm everyone around them to constantly complement and flatter them.

3: If you somehow avoid the charm and actually manage to kill the goblin, the Nilbog spirit will just jump to the nearest goblin and start the process all over again.

The reason why these little buggers are so powerful is due to the fact that all Nilbogs were once a goblin Trickster God. However he was shattered by another more powerful god. He would have been completely destroyed, but at the last minute he scattered himself into the ethereal realm to continue to exist. His name was lost to time, in fear that saying his name would doom him. 

One of my players in my dnd party actually got possess by one and we came up with an idea. What if you kept the Nilbog powers? He's technically a god right? So any cleric, paladin, and warlock can sign up to work for him. :)

And this is how my player became a Sol Warlock

This is Nil: the god of goblin mania and shenanigans. His pact is simple, collect his shattered pieces and make him whole. Every goblin has a piece of his being. It's the part of goblins that make them do wild and crazy shit. And once he pulls himself back together, it's party time!

Nil is a chaotic neutral god. 

  His holy symbol would be the Nilbog cane. 

The favorite animal would be hyena

His realm was where the realm of Magic touched the material plain of Air. 

He was born from the aspect gods of Goblin, Mania, Deceit, and Joy
