This   spoon was forged by master craftsmen who specialized in enchanted   spoons. This spoon is one of a kind in   a set that has been scattered across the lands by treasure hunters and   collectors. 

This   spoon resembles a nude imp smiling deviously at the wielder. By scraping the   spoon along the entire length of the user’s tongue, they will automatically   pass the first persuasion, deception, or speech based intimidation check they   make for the rest of the day. However, if this ability is used, the user will   taste nothing but incredibly strong flavored Mint for three hours straight.   In addition, this causes them to fail any checks that use taste and makes it   impossible to rest till the time has passed. The effects cannot be undone by   magical means.
