Hey guys! You get to know a little bit of a secret, but in return I need some help!

The next comic that I do is going to be 3D modeled!!

I'm using Zbrush for the character models, Blender to rig them, and Unreal Engine for all of the scenery! I may be pushing myself a bit, but I'm fairly confident I can have what I need ready by the time Forest Fires is finished! Now, on to what you can do for me:

3D characters are great because once I have the models I can make multiple pages all at once. The bad part about that, though, is that there really isn't a 'WIP' of sorts for me to show you of each page. So, I wanted to get your thoughts on what I might provide you instead! I always wanna make sure I'm giving you something awesome!

Here are some of my ideas as to what I can give you as $4 patrons:

2D artwork of character designs that I use to make the models - reference sheets, as it were. I would upload these as I create them, and only you would be able to see them - I wouldn't be posting these anywhere publicly.

Turntable videos of the character models as I make them - part of the fun of these would be that, since I have to stay far ahead of the actual pages in order to keep things running smoothly, you'll be seeing these WAY before the character actually appears on the page so it'll give you a big tease as to what's coming next.

Walkthrough videos of the environments that I create for scenes in Unreal Engine. Since it's in a video game engine, Unreal has a little default character that you can run around inside environments with, so it creates a really unique experience when designing a place - when I finish creating an environment for an upcoming scene, you'll get a video of that character running around the place and showing off the views!

I MIGHT also be able to give you guys a software link to download for you to run around inside the environment yourself - I'll keep you guys updated on if that's possible.

Do you have any other ideas as to what I might give you? Does this sort of stuff sound good? It of course wouldn't come with every page, but it would come on a regular basis as I create and it would be big content for you to play with. Please let me know about any ideas and other feedback you have!

Also, if you're concerned about what the comic might look like, no I'm not going for a photo-real look by any means. The best comparison I can think of to what's in my head is a similar art style to Overwatch. :P
