This week we move to Progression Phase 5. This is the final progression week. Sorry. You know it's coming...

This weeks challenge is sort of like swimming. We may not all have access to a pool, so give this exercise a go. It's a reverse flutter. See how long you can do this for.  Start at 30 seconds. Try to beat your previous best each day and see what you can achieve with determination.  

Remember: If you pledge for 15 consecutive weeks anytime from now, and you complete this program, you can claim a Kingsglaive inspired medal to acknowledge your achievement. Remember to keep track of everything you do to be able to make a claim for a medal.
