Hey everyone! Here is the completed video for my metal cover of Sonic Adventure 2's "FINAL RUSH" theme that I got to do with my homie RichaadEB!


I went out to San Diego last week to do some sick collaboration videos as well as hang out and this was one of the things we got to do! Alongside that, Rich and I did an awesome Pokemon boss theme on his channel!

This was such a blast to make even from the very beginning of the arrangement. I'm super nostalgic for Sonic Adventure 2 Music as I played that game for SOOO much of my childhood. This theme always resonated with me as being such a banger of a theme. Rich, Rachel (his photographer) and I always talk about how dope Sa2 is as well so this felt like a great theme for us to all work on together!

I hope you all enjoy this theme as much as we enjoyed making it! It's always so fun to get to work with close friends and insanely talented musicians such as Rich. And being able to travel and do these collaborations is thanks to your support!

You know, it's funny. Listening to the MP3 didn't instantly send me back to the game itself, but ten seconds into the video, all the memories of that level came flooding back. Despite, you know, not having anything specific to the level in the video that wasn't in the audio file. Memory's crazy, innit? Kinda makes me want to dig out the game, even though I know I don't have time to actually do that. Either way, top-notch cover of a very well-chosen piece! Ultra Necrozma was also well worth seeing and hearing. It's always fun to see your partnerships and collaborations!
