If you're new to me, a frequent thing that my patrons and discord members point out is my workaholic tendencies. Whether that's for my new job, or thesis, or audios, or anything else really.

It's got some pros and cons. One big con is that I tend to neglect myself. And I've been honestly neglecting myself since I graduated college physically and mentally, throwing caution to the wind and relying on luck that my health turns out okay after every new chapter of work. I'm lucky I haven't had worse outcomes, but now I'm really feeling it. I haven't been satisfied with myself for awhile and I'd like to change it. So I'm trying to invest in things and activities that can improve how I see myself.

I bought an e-bike recently! I'm playing beat saber to switch things up. And I'm limiting the food I'm buying or ordering out. Also, I've been doing more yoga, which is really all that matters for everyone right now 😂 But all this I'm doing to help me reach a new peak.

I may need help with my downward dog though, will you help me? 😉
