[Lust Ramble] Pricing Update for Customs outside Patreon + Culture Shock (Patreon)

Checking out the Patreon Exclusive Request Form there was a question on Culture Shock and the differences I've felt from moving to Southeast Asia to France! 

But before anything else, I thought it would be a good idea to give you all a heads up in advance on pricing for personal content outside of Patreon and explain to you the logic behind it before I complete all that's needed to set everything up.
