Hi there! This is the new form that patrons of Admiration, Adulation, and Allure tier will receive to collect their custom audio requests. Before anything else, it is important that you respond to this by March 12. Otherwise I will base your custom audio on your Favorite Tags form so I may stay within my schedule.
