By the way, I tweaked the third scene again. Enhanced the fisheye effect and made the skin look more wet, which I think significantly improved it

I spent quite a bit of time on this animation. Initially, I planned to make a longer intro, showing Widow's journey from home to work

But that would have taken too much time, and it wasn't really necessary. In the end, I even cut the very first scene, where Widow interacts with the audience, in half. Looking back at my previous story-driven animations, the intros were just too long; I think an intro shouldn't last more than 15-20 seconds

I also tried to assemble the scene's environment myself at first, like this:

but I didn't like the lighting (no matter how I tried to adjust it), and then I didn't like the scene itself. In the end, I used a map from OW as the environment (it's a place on the Rialto map - did anyone recognize it?)
Here's another failed attempt, but here I didn't like the pose either, so I completely abandoned this scene:

Also, in this animation, I animated the lip movements using shape keys, rather than how I did before. It may not look as expressive, but I still prefer it to, say, the lipsync in the previous Tracer animation.

All in all, it was an interesting experience. I'll take a short break from long animations and focus on smaller, looped ones. Here are a few WiP shots:
