Thanks so much for your patience these past couple of months. As you know, we had to move apartments last month. We managed to get mostly everything unpacked and get the little guy into daycare and then we all got hit with Covid (funnily enough it wasn't from daycare). We're doing well, but I wasn't really able to do voiceover without coughing, so I've been experimenting with voice-cloning and it is mind blowing how good it sounds. I've used it to fill in the gaps in some of the narration so I could get the video out by the end of the month. Can you tell?

In this video, we explore how the Facehugger from “Alien” was created, from its concept to the final model. First, we’ll explain how H.R. Giger got involved in the project. Dan O’Bannon, the “Alien” screenwriter, met Giger while working on Alejandro Jodorowsky’s failed “Dune” adaptation. O’Bannon convinced the producers to hire Giger to design the creatures for “Alien.” We’ll follow Giger’s journey, highlighting his struggles and creative process. Despite challenges and disagreements, Giger’s unique vision brought the terrifying Facehugger to life.
