Hello guys, you have been relentlessly asking for some tips on dealing with anger so I thought of making a video showing exactly what I mean.
Anger is like that best friend we wish we had that wants to make sure you are respected and listened, that you are seen and validated, and when it doesn't happen, Anger lashes out, trying to make its own justice. I know it might sound weird, but thank your Anger.
It tries terribly hard to make sure your boundaries are not crossed, and if they are its message is simple: "you have to fight back", however many times we don't know how to do that in a heathy way, and usually it's because Anger tends to be overwhelming at times. So, the first thing? Acknowledge your Anger and channel it through whatever exercise you like (either from this video or from other sources).
If you want to stretch or do some Yoga that's awesome, the same goes if you want to go for a run or go to the gym. This video is for people who might not have that opportunity at all times or that might not want to deal with Anger by doing something (like an activity).
Learning to get to know our emotions is hard, but at the same time is incredibly beautiful, as we discover in time that our emotions are our friends, and they try to give us clues on how to become our best version.
