Outlander, there's never a dull moment. Claire has only been back five minutes and already we're back to it. You said it best "Welcome back to Scotland 200 years ago." The guy that attacked Claire, she still tried to help him, she was so upset with herself because she couldn't save him, but it wasn't her fault, she was limited to the technology and equipment of her time. I like what Mr Willoughby said Honourable wife fought hard for his life." Later she then helps that woman, the one who's brother was exploiting her, she's basically a prisoner, back then with no hospitals, no healthcare and no compassion, there was no way for anyone to really help or even know what to do. It would be great if Claire wrote a book, a medical journal of all her knowledge, everyone could learn from it. Then it could be passed down through time and people could add to it over the years, become more advanced, more knowledgeable, and over the years help more people. The types of people that would have been abandoned. After Claire couldn't save that man she said to Jamie that she's sorry for all the trouble she's caused since being back. I love what Jamie said to her "You came thousands of miles and 200 years to find me. I'm greatful that you are here, no matter the cost. I would give up everything I have for us to be together again." I hope he means that, all the lies keep pilling up, they fought about Jamie lying to Ian and Jenny about their son. I can understand Jamie's point, if he told Ian and Jenny he'd only run away again, but this way Jamie can lookout for him, but still anyone close to Jamie is in danger most of the time, and now we find out he has a wife. He's lied to her so easily, it's not like him. They've both been through so much together, he just needs to be honest with her, she'll understand. He then said to her "Don't ye see? Ever since you left, I... I've been living in the shadows. And then you walked into the print shop, and... It was as if the sun returned and cast out the darkness." I hope they can get back what they once had. Claire said she wants to move out of the brothel, I want Jamie to just be honest, stop what he's doing and just be with Claire, I want him to find them a place to live, a home, one of those houses with the patio, porch thing that goes around it, you said once that you wanted to live in a house like that, I think that would be perfect. At the end you talked about privilege a little and about how it comes in many forms. You spoke about Claire's prrivilege, of her access to knowledge, the way she's seen so much, more than most people, things people won't see for years to come or may never see, and because of that she knows who she is, and why she's here and that some people may not have that. You then said that we are all capable of so much in this world, and that not all of us are going to find what it is, or have enough time, but whatever it is you hope that we all can find it. I hope whatever it is you want in life you find it too Imon, you deserve to be happy. You're beautiful, always. <3
