Is there another way or link to view clear reactions? I can’t view on Google Drive I get the message the number of playbacks has been exceeded. Please try again later. Very frustrating. Why is google drive always used?

I tried watching it around the same time as you (20 or so hours ago) and got the same message. Came back to watch it right now and it works again. So i think you have to wait and try to watch it at a later time.

Just to touch on the start of the Ishvalan Civil War, back in ep 5 Mustang tells Ed that there was tension and skirmishes after Amestris annexed Ishval. But after an Amestrian soldier accidentally shot an Ishvalan child, it blew up into a full blown civil war.
