We have 2 Strikes on Youtube.. (Patreon)

We got hit for our Promised Neverland reaction and the new season of One Punch Man. I filed a counter notification and pray that this will be resolved in a few weeks. But for right now we will not post FMAB or OPM on youtube until we can get these resolved. if new get one more strike the channel is lost

So we will be posting the watermark versions of each anime we watch on Patreon under the dollar tier. We cant use Vimeo and this is the safest option we have at the moment. Hope you understand and thank you for your support

Strikes for what? I don't get it. How can you get a srike for not doing anything legally wrong?

You should go thru all your old videos the show clear video and make them private you dont want to get hit by a 3rd strike when there looking into you right now

reactions are a tricky. its like if i made a video and you decided to react to it. if i decide that i dont want other people using my videos, i can copyright you for using my stuff. im legally allowed to since its my video and you dont have the right to use it. so technically speaking a reaction can get striked. esp with animes, some are more strict than others. some dont care and they let you do whatever, while others are like "dont use my shit". lol. thats why many have to move to other platforms to avoid those issues. edit:: thats also why reactors never upload full reactions. because they try to avoid copyright issues by cutting up the video, using transparency, stuff like that.

I’m so sorry this is happening to you! Youtube’s Copyright strike policy is atrocious. I’m tired of creators I love having their money stolen by large corporations and being bullied & made to fear for their channels that they’ve put so much work into. I truly feel there should be a class action suit or SOMETHING. Whatever happens, you have my support!

I don't understand why you got a strike? I have been putting my own reactions up and nothing. But my channel isn't as big as yours. This is slightly ridiculous. There are channels larger than you that have them up too!

I asked this on the youtube announcement as well, but I'm wondering how all the other patrons actually feel about having full length/timer reactions on youtube for the time being. It's been a perk here for a long time, but I wouldn't be mad if it suddenly wasn't an exclusive thing - if that format is safest for youtube then I'd prefer you guys being able to get content out to fans and potential fans, rather than be worried I'd somehow 'wasted' my money. Personally, I didn't subscribe for the perks, I subscribed to help support y'all and as long as you can keep producing and posting content, then it's not a waste

Could you not ask help from Blindwave? Ask them in private how they were allowed to upload their reactions to vimeo and link their reactions from their website. Maybe you have to ask permission from Viemo first befroe trying to use their website for things such as reaction uploads. I've seen some other reactor uploading full reactions with picture and sound on Vimeo and still doesn't get their account/video terminated from there.

Hmm.....personally I don't like it. Not at all. I find it terribly inappropriate and completely disrespectful.....how could you even think this kind of thing would be acceptable. I am thoroughly dissapointed in everything I have heard. This is nothing less than a complete betrayal! Shame! Shame! Shame! Shame! Seriously though, I am a little torn about it but, I would prefer the full reaction to be on youtube because it would make it a lot easier to watch than using patreon. So functionally this is better, however I would prefer not to lose a perk either.....I propose a compromise. Put the full reactions up on the Tube from now on but, post the stuff you cut out of those (you know what I mean 😜 ) to the tiers that used to get the full eps exclusively......GIVE US THE JUICE!!!!! We wish to know your THIRST!!!
