The second Hamlet to be founded near Sedgewick, West Farthing, has an important decision to make. While North Farthing (a mile away) got a Pub, their neighbors get to choose either a Small Pub or a Quaint Teahouse.

If you have ever dreamed of roleplaying the part of a peasant farmer exercising their right to vote, here's your chance.

I feel like there is already enough pubs established for now, something new would be a nice change

If the idea is that the Hamlets eventually turn into districts of Sedgewick as it continues to develop, then spreading out the sort of infrastructure you might find in different areas is a smart idea. Definitely think the Quaint Tea shop would be amusing especially with the local White Witches Circle, Hags & Magic types likely looking for a decent cuppa on occasion. But at the same time I understand the other peoples opinion and the in-story populaces liking of Pubs because those are in a sense communal dining halls as well as informal meeting places for things not warranting an official get together at the town hall which a small knit community would need/want.
