Sadly, character sheets go up poorly, and Billy and Laylas are only partially done. But for reference, lets reveal that ACME also had a special build for their 'Worker Liasons' like Billy, Layla, and Sammy. They didn't expect them to ever be players, just watch over the workers, and spend half their time pushing paperwork in the real world. A lot of their skills were traded for the following perks.

Healthy as a Horse: Bonus 1000 Health. Increased health to offset "accidents", "friendly fire", and hostile locals.

Work all day long: Increased stamina. Mangers can work as long as any worker, if they tried.

Help System: Minions who call your name get your attention so you can set them back on the correct course.

And the big one, Death is No Barrier.  Unless there are special restrictions, ACME managers pop back up immediately. They also don't suffer the psychological problems: Delay until resurrection is 1/3600th of normal. No death penalties. Death is for gamers, not for ACME. We have work to get done.

The assumption was that Managers weren't going to be players. Whethe the gods allow this to continue is unknown. Of course, it was also assumed contract workers would never be able to kill a fat rabbit....

But I have a request of you!

Tier 1 is pretty sad for Billy and Layla. They have a few skills that gave some PER and CHR and were made for handling workers and NPC's. Not much else. Baron and Baroness kicked them both to Tier 2, and I have only an outline of those skills.

Have a skill you think nobility should have? Post it here for me or send a PM. Should all nobles be dashing duelists? Politically savy? Cast iron stomaches and strong livers? Make some suggestions.

Dastardly demeanor. Chr skill for intimidating aura for minions and workers as well as any opponents. I feel like they may be nobles, but they are nobility of gadobra. Might make sense to make some themed skills for villainous bent

Here are some suggestions of skills for the nobility class. Blather, charm, consume alcohol, public speaking, gamble, etiquette, cryptography, wit, ride, intimate, disarm, secret language, strike to stun, strike to injure and sixth sense. Take as many of these or as few as you want.

Maybe a way to passively generate core points, have the first level of it cost like 100 core points to buy and generate 1 core points per day.(The second level cost 200 core points and generate 2 core points per day, etc).

Bosses Orders- gives a buff to workers or minions when billy orders them to do something

"Because we're better than you" allows skill to go over the cap by +1. Ie can lvl a skill to 11/11 when others can only get it to 10/10.

I feel like skills, perks, etc that benefit their lands, holding and people working under them, etc. Like Abundant Lands that increases the resources on The barons lands, Quality has a Quantity all of its own, that Increases the Quality of the things on the Barons lands, etc.(Or just Quality over Quantity, that upgrades all resources in the The in the lands that are gathered by the People working under them).
