Ry being stressed was pretty reasonable, not just because of Hans. But also definitely because of Hans. -taken to a place he wasn't sure about (the party) -was verbally abused at the party, which there is a long history of -the primary source/ excuse for the abuse is his orientation -the object of his desire, and a founding principle of his orientation is interacting in a new and unfamiliar way -trusting people has a history of burning him -what in all this was going to become more fuel for the ongoing cruel behavior? -where is the next attack/ occurrence of pain going to come from? - now that Hans knows he exists, would he join in the cruelty? -everyone else seems to, why would Hans be any different? -everything he does seems to have a negative repercussion, what's going to happen from waking up in a strange place *he did not fall asleep in* with arguably the most popular person in school? I'm just saying, I'd probably be scared as hell, as well as hoping so *badly* that it was all genuine and safe. That someone (especially Hans), was being genuine and safe.
