In the first behind the scenes video I give you a look at the teleprompter I use for recording.  It's of dubious quality and my own creation, but works well enough.

Behind the Scenes: Janky Teleprompter

Is a description really necessary? I didn't think so.

Thanks for the look behind the scenes. That's a pretty ingenious teleprompter!

I was going to ask why you needed the glass, but then I realized you want to look into the camera and see the words, not look elsewhere ;-) And it's awesome that you keep the Betamax next to the bed haha

Simple, yet effective. I like it.

I'm using two Panasonic G7's and one Panasonic FZ300 on my videos; If you're like me and tend to get "range anxiety" with the battery, you could buy a Chinese clone of the "DMW-AC8 AC Power adapter + DMW-DCC8 DC Coupler". Costs under 30USD shipped. I haven't had any problems with them (I have three) as of yet.

I did find a battery eliminator on Amazon that works well the the camera. Might be the one you have! I don't use it that often, though, as the original battery seems to last for 90 minutes or so of 4k recording which is usually plenty for one of my videos. I generally only bring it out if my main battery is low and I need to keep going, then I throw the battery on the charger and go tethered for a while!

I got inspired! I made my own version! :D Came out pretty good, I think: <a href="http://hares.fi/prompter/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">http://hares.fi/prompter/</a> :)
