Well, here it is! I have a lot of links to curate for the description and I'm headed to bed--that'll have to go in tomorrow. Also this is not the thumbnail that will stay. Lots still to do.

Enjoy!

Well done. You have a bit of a shadow goatee going on which was a bit distracting. Please don’t take that as a complaint, I really enjoyed this video, and I appreciate how much work you put into the math magic of quadrature encoding.

I think the engineer that came up with all of this clever math and sneaky transport of the I & Q should be credited as the real inventor of (color) television!

That goatee was just a result of me forgetting to shave! I hadn't gone to work for a couple of days. I got everything set up to shoot the talking head quickly and just forgot. But don't worry, I take no offense!

make your channel just slightly wackier, personality wise, and you will soon have several $1000 in Patreon per month, and then you can wear a goatee 24/7, because you can quit your day job. - For ideas on how to inject personality in your videos, watch a few from Doug DeMuro or Hoovie's Garage. - Like this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FvJCCoLoKRA

Loved it - even the math part & the hurts/Hertz pun too.

Bill's advice might be on the money, but I like your channel because you *aren't* wacky and gimmicky. Your have a great way of explaining things with just the right amount of levity and humor, and the content is what shines. However, perhaps "wacky" sells and I'm in the minority. In any case, your videos are well made, you have a great way of explaining things, and I hope your support keeps growing!
