This update should help fix issues where too many cars were being retired and sent to the pits in previous versions.

v1.7 Update Info:

Fixed too harsh on stalled AI, at race start.
Fixed too quick to retire stopped cars on track.
Improved check for analysing if a driver has got going again from an incident.
