This was her first album and Guts is her second. She also has a song Can’t Catch Me Now from the new hunger games movie I think you should check out. And the Ace Theater performance would be a fun watch as well. Any other music she has is mainly from when she was on the High School Musical The Musical The Series on Disney+, one song in particular from that show that she wrote is called All I Want which is a good one too

Any and all Olivia content you do I would love to watch!!! If you're open to another artist who might be outside your usual genre but is amazing, I'd love if you checked out Reneé Rapp! Especially her recent performance of the song Snow Angel on SNL which is astonishingly good.

This may be the concert you mentioned at the end, but there’s a film on Disney+ called Driving Home 2 U, which goes through the making of this album. You should definitely check it out. I think she only had the 2 albums so far. Sour then Guts.
