The footage you asked about is from 2014 during their first visit to Sweden. It's from the DVD "BTS NOW 2: BTS in Europe & America 2015". BTS Now was a series of travel photobooks. It features the members partaking in photoshoots around various locations in different countries for the annual photobook and a DVD with the behind scenes of the photoshoots. They visit Berlin (Germany), Stockholm (Sweden), São Paulo (Brazil), and Los Angeles (USA) during the summer of 2014. At the same time as the photoshoots, they had their first overseas fan meeting event in Berlin (Germany), Stockholm (Sweden), and São Paulo (Brazil). You can watch them on the DVD "Memories of 2014 - Global Fan Meeting Making Film". It's because of this you can hear RM rapping "São Paulo to Stockholm. On the seats you guys will never be able to reach, I sit" in Cypher pt. 3.

With regards to 'Important businissu' and not taking photos, I assumed it was because they were filming a documentary series and they didn't want fans posting the pictures and leaking the series before it was aired?
