For the base

  • 150g digestive biscuits
  • 60g butter
  • 1 tbsp demerara sugar

For the topping

  • 200g white chocolate
  • 250g full fat mascarpone cheese
  • 300ml double cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 500g fresh raspberries 
  • 1tbsp icing sugar

Those raspberries look fabulous! So much bigger than the ones they sell here. Drool.... And I think Heinz 57 steak sauce is a closer match to HP than A1. Two totally different tastes and consistencies. I kind of like HP.
