The Pudding Club Gold Edition - Episode 2 "Spotted Dick" (Patreon)

In this video we continue an eight part series of ‘The Bakery Bears Pudding Club’. This series contains our exclusive Gold Edition’s of each show. Each episode includes more footage, extended outtakes and comprehensive further reading for each recipe we cover. 

To make Spotted Dick you will need:Ingredient list:

• 350g plain flour
• 2 tbsp baking powder 
• 150g shredded suet
• 75g caster sugar
• 125g currants 
• 75 ml milk 
• 75 ml single cream 
• 25g butter, melted 
• Juice & zest of 2 lemons 

If you would like to make homemade custard you will need:

• 275 ml Single or Double Cream
• 3 Egg Yolks
• 1 Level teaspoon Cornflour
• 1 Level tablespoon Caster Sugar
• 2 drops of Vanilla (We use Vanilla Paste)
