Hi hope you are well !

I wanted to show you what I've been working on so far.

Here are some important things that my project really needs an upgrade and I have updated most of the gameplay variables.


why did i do that?

Because I've heard that before

many got a softlock while playing. That was quite a gamebreaking experience. Hopefully that should never happen again!


26 gameplay variables have been updated.


What was it changed with?

I did a lot of research on the internet and came across enum variables.

I have now switched from Booleans to Enum

If anyone has some tips and tricks, please let me know.

Nvidia DLSS has also just been updated to Unreal Engine 5.1.


I also changed a lot of the child link pawn so that I can easily update with any new Unreal Engine 5 version.

There is also a performance update under the map hyrule Field.

Strangely, the bridge affected the FPS drops. So you should notice a performance increase in the next update in Hyrule Field.


I am very very happy with how my project is going and I only hope for the best in the future.


I would also like to change a lot with regard to the old mechanics such as talking to NPCs or interacting with Fairy.

A lot is still being changed, which was very, very bad in Unreal Engine 4. It will definitely run much more smoothly than on Unreal Engine 4, but only with the same settings without global illumination (lumen) that should be a huge leap! I would like to be able to keep the same performance in development as well.


I hope I was able to give you an insight and I hope you are not angry!


In any case, I will publish a small demo later of Hyrule Field for you because I haven't made it yet!
