(Good) Changes (Patreon)

Hi everyone, this weekend I have changed the Patreon billing structure to a "charge up front" model. What that means is that going forward, new supporters will be charged right when they sign up so that they will get access to Patreon content without having to wait until the end of the month.

Similarly, if you (as an existing supporter) choose to adjust your pledge at any time—say you're a $2 supporter and you'd like a new set that I post for $5 supporter—the moment you change you're pledge, you'd be billed the difference ($3) and you'd get immediate access to that lot. Going forward, everyone is billed on the 1st of the month.

Essentially what it all means is that I will post things more regularly during the month and you won't have to wait for it. Yay! For example, Instead of sending out October's rewards on November 1st, I will be posting rewards throughout the entire month and you'll have access to them immediately!

I've decided to make this change because a lot of you expressed frustration at having to wait to the end of the month all the time. This I hope is a positive change, along with bringing back early access :) I also prevents the unfortunate situation where folks pledge support, get access to early downloads and then split before billing goes through - yes that actually happens.

For existing supporters it shouldn't change that much except as I post November rewards throughout the month you'll get them right away.
