FAQ's (Patreon)

For all my new lovely Patreons here are a few of the most frequently asked questions and of course, the answers :)

Q: How do I download this month's CC?
A: After Patreon processes billing, I will send you a message on Patreon with the download link(s). This will take place on the 1st or 2nd of each month for the previous month. i.e. September rewards will be charged on October 1st - 2nd. Afterwards I will send you the download link.

Q: How can I download your back-dated content?
A: Langraab level supporters receive all backdated content after their first payment goes through. (After receiving back-dated content, I recommend that you adjust your pledge to a lower level unless you just want to provide that level of support each month.)

Q: When will my credit card get charged?
A: Patreon controls all billing and it takes place on the first of each month for the previous month. (i.e. September billing takes place on October 1st). Sometimes it takes a couple of days for Patreon to complete the billing process.
