The main floor comes furnished and features an open concept plan with a nice kitchen, dining area and living room. There are four bedrooms in total which is quite a lot for a little 20x20 lot.

I was really inspired by the beautiful location of this lot in Brindleton Bay (Bedlington Boathouse) and wanted to take advantage of the beautiful sea views, so…. the rear of the lot boasts a beautiful covered terrace plus a large 2nd floor sundeck. I built this house for one of my sims who is a florist, so I included a little gardening room, which is accessible off the sundeck and included a few planter boxes around the patio. This lot isn’t quite big enough for a pool but I did add a nice hot tub.

I hope you love this big-little victorian as much as I do.
