Third Crisis

Hi all! Vils here. We’ve been making some good progress on the new chunk of main story that’s coming up.

As you can see from the banner above and the info below, April is going to be making a reappearance in the near future! I’m super excited to see her come back as her section of the game (Horizon) was some of the most fun to put together. It’s been years since we last saw her!

Because of all the follow-up work that RaR has needed for its release and post-release bugfix patches, we’re a little bit behind schedule on the next release but rest assured it will be worth it once we’re finished.

Rosas Are Red

Hey all! Vils here again! The team and I have been incredibly happy with the reception of RaR and it’s been super rewarding to see everyone enjoying our humble little game.

We put a ton of effort into making sure it’s as polished as possible and I’ve been periodically releasing little bugfix patches and hotfixes to Steam as bug reports file in. It seems to be in a really stable spot right now, so focus is shifting back to Third Crisis. Other than another big THANK YOU, there’s not much new to show from Rosas are Red.

What I can do is give a tease of what’s in the future for Rosas are Red. One of the main criticisms that we took to heart was centered around Mia and her role in the game, especially for people who wanted a more monogamous relationship with just Rosa. However, there are also a ton of people that LOVED Mia and wanted to see more of her.

We love Mia too and are really excited to make some more stuff with her, so after Third Crisis is complete, our current plan is to do a DLC with more content featuring her.

Alongside that DLC, we’ll also have a free update to the base game to make it more obvious that Rosa and Mia intend to bang when they meet, and make it so that the player can then choose to push Rosa to meet with her instead of Rosa bringing it up, and allowing the player to choose NOT to push Rosa to meet Mia, so you can have Rosa all to yourself!
