Russians are targeting energy plants and facilities for over a two weeks. Today energetical company in my town anounced that due to the damage that plants and facilities had suffered from rocket strikes there are going to be power blackouts in my area. This will obviously cause troubles for content delivery, so i had to inform you about this. My hope that facilities will be recovered soon, but considering dynamics of russian attacks i tend to belive that this is more of a wet dream and not something from the realm of possibility.
