“No way right?” You mutter to yourself as you sit in your room, lurking through a couple of tg-related discord servers. After joking about the cliche of body modifying apps, someone claimed to have actually made one in one of the more niche servers you’re in. “This has gotta be a virus…” You think out loud when you click on the link, hoping for the best. It does bring you to an online unofficial app store, but it’s one that has a pretty good reputation. A place where you can publish apps that don’t quite follow the guidelines that official traditional app stores use.

The name of the app reads ‘TF V0.81’. A rather inconspicuous name. You run a virus scan on the file and the file is found to be safe, and against your better judgment, you give it an install. Surprisingly enough, when the app is fully installed nothing goes terribly wrong on your phone. No weird pop ups, no complete loss of control, and so sudden performance dips. But what the install does leave is a little icon on your phone with the letters TF on it in black and white.

You hesitantly open the app, expecting something terrible to happen when you open it. But yet again, nothing bad happens. Finally letting your guard down after the app gains your trust twice over, you browse through it. It seems to be exactly what it claims it is, a transformation app. Focus your camera on a target (or a picture of a target) and choose the transformations through a menu of options. “Pffttt…” You say aloud, fully expecting some sort of AI filter applied to your camera or image. Turning your camera on and browsing through the options, the worst that can happen is that it actually works, not that you’d really mind that with how you’re planning on using it.

With your entire body in frame, you dig through options and find gender. The quintessential options for a tg reader. No longer hesitating to press buttons, you hit the female button and see the image of yourself in the camera immediately change. “Aww…” You groan as you take a look at yourself in real life to see that nothing has changed. You do continue browsing through the options though, but as you do, your body begins to shift and change. Somehow the app makes it so that you don’t really notice it happening, so you just keep tapping options to see how they would theoretically change you.

“Oooh, Asian, I’ll hit that one.” You hit yet another option as your body has already changed in stature to that of a young woman. Despite feeling the tingling of your longer, silkier hair down your neck and back, your focus isn’t taken from your endless list of choices. The Asian option sets in during the growth of some rather modest breasts, not taking quite as long due to the less drastic changes. A bit of your facial structure is molded and shifted, while your skin tone is made just slightly more milky. “E-Girl, of course.” Seeing yourself as an e-girl, even just in your camera, is too good of an opportunity to pass up. You bring yourself to an actual mirror to confirm that you’re not losing your mind, and the mirror doesn’t lie. It shows you a petite, but wide hipped Asian girl sporting e-girl attire. Your long dark brown hair gets in your face, and your white painted fingernails make handling your phone a bit more difficult. “It really worked… he wasn’t lying…” You say to yourself in disbelief.

Of course, the only option is to whip the app back out again. If you can make your body as a girl however you desire, you may as well make the best of it. The anxiety still wells in your stomach, telling you to stop what you’re doing and transform yourself back to normal, but the rush is too much. Upon finally finding the breasts options, you find it simply adorned with a slider. You begin to move it up slowly, watching the increase in the slider manifest into the real word, making your chest become fuller and heavier.
