(this is vill btw) ohhh i forgot sweet alchemy had cringe names for the vegan flavors, cringe names are the worst and its why i dont fck with voodoo donuts here LOL more relevantly tho ive seen a bit of ultra q and ultra seven with a friend whos been watching the old ultraman shows, and while i dont think i'd seek them out my own they're still a lot of fun if u go into it for a good time, what with the camp factor n all. i think ultra q is probably a good starting point as a non-tokusatsu fan, since that one doesn't even have ultraman in it, it's more of just a "mystery of the week" kind of show.

If you're looking for an isekai with a female protagonist that's actually really charming I'd suggest My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom!. The short synopsis is a girl reincarnates into an Otome game that she's played, as the game's main antagonist who always dies or is exiled in every ending. The story explores the character growing up and learning the world's systems as an aristocrat going to a magic school. I'm a big fan of the character exploration that happens and all the differences between what happens in the game and the protagonist's experience are fun to see unfold.

Love that one, it's hilarious lol. Ascendance of a Bookworm is also worthy of recommendation for a [good] isekai series with a female protagonist.
