It looks like the film does deliver on its title.

Stephen Crane

The car was like "that's for what you did to Captain Queeg, you bastard!"

The Car is better than it has a right to be but The Wraith and its story about an alien ghost tricking punks into crashing their sweet rides in desert races will always be my go-to.

She should have left the dog alone. If she could control the wheelchair, why not just use it to take the old man on a long ride off a short pier? Now she's stuck in the sauna, waiting for... what?

D Allen spencer

This has the car crashes remind me of the original gone in 60 seconds, you gotta do the original gone in 60 seconds and the other stories involved from the first film

I think Charles Band hates dogs given how many die in his films.

'The Car' is great fun, although I saw the 'Futurama' spoof before the actual film. Although not many crashes 'Duel' is really great, but away from horror, nothing beats 'The Blues Brothers' for sheer silliness and cartoon crashes. Plus the music is good as well.

Definitely The Car, and of course Maximum Overdrive. Say what you want about the latter film, it knew what it was.

You've gotta love a film where Lisa Simpson swears like a docker.

Kyle Olson

Apparently the Ford Pinto wasn't the only 1970's car prone to blow up. Based upon Crash!, you would think manufacturers were trying to use explosives where they would later use airbags. "What if the car turned into a fireball when there was a fender bender? That sounds like the safety feature we've been looking for!"
