Summary: Brick Bardo (Tim Thomerson) is a traveller from outer space who is forced to land on Earth. Though regular-sized on his home planet, he is doll-sized here on Earth, as are the enemy forces who have landed as well. While Brick enlists the help of an impoverished girl and her son, the bad guys enlist the help of a local gang. When word leaks out as to his location, all hell breaks loose. Brick is besieged by an onslaught of curious kids, angry gang members, and his own doll-sized enemies, and he must protect the family who has helped him and get off the planet alive.

2:12 Actually mine was “the screenwriter must have seen The Twilight Zone.”

Stephen Crane

Three of my favorites are "Bolt Vanderhuge". "Stomp Beefknob" and Big McLarge Huge".

Albert Pyun being the director explains the sex jokes, also Albert got around during his career working for both Cannon AND Full Moon

In 1966 US TV Series T.H.E. Cat, the hero's name was Thomas Hewitt Edward, so they could have a catchy title.

You know, Tim Thomerson really wasn't bad in anything he did. It's just that he did a heck of a lot of crapola. He was also in Quark, playing the stupid character that mocked transvestites.....

I remember this. I was in Saudi, oil field trash, and we used to get gift boxes from our various home offices. This one arrived along with three other Thomerson films. I remember them as being Trancers 1 & 2 and something else, Demon something?... Amyway, he always had great names like "Jack Deth". How can you not like his films?

Are you going to cover the sequel, 'Dollman vs Demonic Toys'. Although there are some 'Dollman' comics which are quite good, and really nail the humour more. When Kovacs got an upgrade to pull weapons in Season 2 of 'Altered Carbon' I instantly thought of 'Dollman" As for names. Asajj Ventress is a really good villein name. Lincoln Hawk is probably the best name Stallone ever came up with, and he wasted it on 'Over the Top' the arm wrestling movie.

I've been sitting on the DVD of this film for years. It will probably depend on how well Dollman does as to how fast we will do the sequel.

Where does he get the ammo for his Big Gun? He seems to be constantly loaded and ready to fire.

He bought the clip from the place as in 'Lady Terminator'

I think they were trying so hard not to wink at the camera they landed on "unnerving stare that makes you really nervous after a while."

You mean, the one that dogs give to the door, or the one that cats give to humans?
