Our workload heading into the home stretch of 2020 is set to explode!

The Driller Killer video nasty review will be out later this week.

Robin is hard at work on this month's special - a look at one of Universal's first horror films.

To celebrate what we imagine to be Daniel Craig's last outing as Bond we will be producing a handful for Bond related videos to get us through October and distract us from, natural disasters, pandemics and elections.

Robin is also putting the final touches to the 4th novel of his universal library collection which will be released late October / November.

Another special due out in November will look at a classic Horror Icon and his most famous role.

And of course, December will see the return of our movie poster advent calendar which will feature 2 films a day to get us through the 50 posters needed to cover this year's theme.

Finally in the run up to "No Time To Die" we would also like to do a couple of Bond-inspired bad movie reviews, so what are your suggestions for the worst of the Bond rip off movies.

Danger! Death Ray. If it's bad enough to be given the MST3k treatment, it's bad enough to be eviscerated by Robin and your good self.

As you're after bad rip off's not comedic rip offs like Dean Martin's Matt Helm films or James Coburn's Flint series. Nor the true comedies like Carry On Spying or The Spy with the cold nose. Ignoring TV series... I think this basically puts us into Filipino territory... but not dela Cruz. I'm thinking 2017's Extra Service. would count.... Ah hah! Got it! That 1966 gem, Dimension 5! It's got secret agents, nuclear bombs, time travel and pretty much everything you can think of all thrown at the screen to see what sticks PLUS - Deanna Lund! Now who can no to that?

Ooooh - Dr. Goldfoot and the Bikini Machine? Huh?

It has to be Never Too Young to Die with Gene Simmons from Kiss as the ludicrous villain!!!

9 Deaths of the Ninja is a Cannon films ninja/bond feature with a fun 80s style intro song and dance

I’ll let others handle the obvious parodies. My suggestion (if you can find it, which might be difficult) is Three Fantastic Supermen, which isn’t a direct parody but very clearly influenced by Bond. Its also a ton of fun to watch because I’m pretty sure the actors did their own stunts (or the stuntmen did their own acting). On that note its also a weird relic compared to Hollywood today because a couple of the leads look the part of superheroes with no CGI whatsoever.

I gotta go with Never Say Never Mind starring, of course, the Swedish Bikini Team: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0302855/

Disney's CONDORMAN from 1981.

Agent For H.A.R.M., which kept the wholesale killings, outlandish plot and sexist groping but forgot to make the ersatz Bond rip-off lead charming or attractive in any way.

Doubt if it fits the criteria, but can't resist tossing Jaguar Lives into the pot.

Hard to say no to Operation Kid Brother (1967), which has Bernard Lee, Lois Maxwell, Daniela Bianchi, Adolfo Celi, and Connery! (Well, okay, it's NEIL Connery playing the "brother of our top agent"; picky, picky.)
